Allison is the mother to two teenage boys and a women's mental health therapist with over 20 years of experience.  Allison specializes in supporting women through life transitions, perinatal mental health concerns, medical issues,  grief and loss, parenting, work and life stress, perimenopause/menopause and establishing and maintaining healthy relationships.

Allison's approach is integrative, holistic, trauma informed and draws from models of psychotherapy such as Cognitive Behavioural, Interpersonal Psychotherapy, Dialectical Psychotherapy, Feminist Therapy and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy.  

Allison  has also attended international conferences and workshops with top clinicians and researchers in the fields of perinatal and general mental health treatment.
